I follow your sister Chriselle and so far the buckwheat recipe looks amazing! I will have to definitely try that soon!
I also love to cook, but am a better asian cook than anything. I would love it if you could post any substitutes to traditional asian foods. One thing that I’ve used now is mixing quinoa with my white rice. My kids can’t even taste the difference!
Anyhow I look forward to seeing more posts! Thanks!
Hang Nguyen
Hi Hang, I have been getting a lot of suggestions for healthy asian dishes. Growing up my mom (korean) cooked a lot of asian dishes with a western spin, so I will def. be showing these =)
Can’t wait to see more of your recipes! Def will be trying the goat cheese pizza.
looking forward to following your blog =) i love what it stands for and the recipes are so fuss free. cant wait to see your healthy take on asian dishes
Thanks Tracey, and I promise, an asian-inspired dish is on its way =)
yum yum more asian recipes please x
Hello,
I am very inspired by you to start eating healthy. Hope to get a lot of good info from you! I am going to look in to that book too!
hi Jane! love the blog, I am so excited to get started with all your healthy recipes. I put a link to your blog from mine, I wish I could eat as healthy as you. Can’t wait for more recipes!!
Hey Ellen, I’m glad you’re enjoying the recipes! Might I add that your blog is looking quite delicious as well =)
Oh my goodness, I didn’t realise you were Chriselles’ sister. I think she’s great. That’s so funny, I stumbled across your site by accident but I was only looking at Chriselles’ site earlier on. What a coincidence. Anyway, thank you for posting up such beautiful recipes. I cannot wait to try the gingerbread pumpkin bread.
I will certainly be checking back here often.
All the best and good luck,
Voe.
Hi Voe! That is so funny and yes very much a coincidence. If you have a sweet tooth like I do, you must try the gingerbread pumpkin bread, guilt-LESS yet still delicious =)
I love the way you have this organized. I have always enjoyed cooking with whole foods, and your recipes are definitely an inspiration to me. One of the things I have struggled with the most is managing my sweet tooth, haha. There are always ways to combat that- I have been eating more citrus lately, but sometimes, you really do just crave something dough-y and delicious!
Thanks Janiece, I have always hoped that as I got older my sweet tooth would calm down but it doesnt seem like it will anytime soon so I need to find clever, tasty ways to keep it happy =)
I love your new page~
It’s definitely SUPER organized and easy to browse through.~ Keep up the great work, your recipes are amazing 😀 Thank you so much~
Hi :] You should become a Registered Dietician if you love to teach people how to cook/eat healthy. Then, you will get more credit and people will believe u :] Your recipes and pics are awesome!!!
did you ever experiment with black beans for dessert ideas???
I love your blog! Usually, “health” food means to me disgusting stuff that’s not worth eating, but your recipes looks SO good. And great pictures!

I’m really impressed together with your writing abilities as well as with the structure for your weblog. Is this a paid subject matter or did you modify it yourself? Anyway keep up the nice quality writing, it is uncommon to see a nice weblog like this one nowadays..
