    Ingredients:
    400g of linguine
    200g of boiled salmon
    Extra virgin olive oil (Portuguese and Italian olive oil are the best)
    Salt
    Pepper
    3 tablespoons of mayonnaise or salad sauce (from Heinz)
    Water
    Bay leaf
    Boiling the salmon:
    In a large pan, bring 1 l water to a boil and add bay leaf. Continue to boil until the flavor starts coming out.
    Then lower the heat, put the salted salmon and continue to cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes, being careful not to bring to a boil.

    Cooking the linguine:
    Fill a pot with 1 liter of water per serving of pasta (100 g), and set it to boil. When the water comes to a boil, add just the right amount of coarse salt, 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and a bay leaf. Check the pasta package for pasta cooking time. When the water comes back to a rolling boil, add the pasta and give it a good stir to separate the pieces. Stir occasionally to keep the pasta pieces from sticking to each other or the pot. A minute before the pasta cooking time is up, fish out a piece of pasta and check for doneness.

    The final dish:
    Slice the salmon in small pieces add it to the pasta a stir everything. Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise (or salad sauce) with some pepper and stir everything again. Serve with watercress salad in olive oil and lemon juice sauce.

    DONE!! With this meal you should drink a fresh pomegranate juice.

  4. I saw your brusselsprout recipe on Tone It Up… I just made it, I used sliced almonds instead of pine nuts (I love them but my husband won’t eat them) And it was delicious! I can’t wait to try your other recipes they look so yummy and healthy! Thank you for sharing 🙂
